Shipping Policy

Fulfilment & Production

Most standard prints are produced and shipped by my professional award winning print lab based in Scotland.
The lab prints and dispatches standard orders directly to you on my behalf. This allows me to offer consistent quality and reliable delivery.

Limited edition prints are handled personally by me.
I oversee the printing, sign and number each piece, and pack the artwork myself. These orders may take a little longer, as I prepare them individually before shipping.

All prints are made to order.
Processing time is usually 1–3 working days. This includes printing and quality checks.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

United Kingdom – Standard Delivery

  • Tracked standard delivery

  • Estimated delivery: 2–4 working days after dispatch

  • Flat rate: £5.00 per order

A tracking number is provided with every UK shipment.

United Kingdom – Courier Delivery (Express)

If you need your print sooner, I offer an express courier delivery option.

  • Sent via next-day courier service

  • Estimated delivery: 1–2 working days after dispatch

  • Flat rate: £17.00 per order

Orders placed with express shipping are given priority in printing and packing.
Please note that even with express courier service, a short production time is still required to print and prepare your artwork before dispatch.

Northern Ireland, Channel Islands & Scottish Islands

All orders shipped to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, and Scottish Islands are sent via a dedicated courier service.

  • Flat rate: £13.00 per order

  • Delivery may take 1–2 additional working days compared to mainland UK

Tracking is provided for all orders to these locations.

International Orders

  • Worldwide shipping available

  • Tracked air mail or courier service

  • Estimated delivery: 5–21 working days after dispatch

  • Flat rate: £15.00 per order

Delivery times may vary depending on destination and local customs processing.

Customs & Import Taxes

For orders shipped outside the UK, import duties or local taxes may apply.
These charges are set by your country and are not included in the shipping cost.

I have no control over these fees and cannot predict if they will be charged.
Any customs or import costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

All parcels are declared accurately to help avoid unnecessary delays.

Packaging & Presentation

Every print is packed carefully to arrive in perfect condition.

  • Protective materials such as acid-free tissue and sleeves

  • Strong mailing tubes or flat boxes, depending on size

Standard prints are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging.
Limited edition prints shipped by me may include additional elements, such as a signed certificate of authenticity where applicable.

All shipments are insured against loss or serious damage in transit.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging before opening and contact me as soon as possible.

Delivery Timing

I aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.

  • Standard prints are usually printed and shipped within a few working days

  • Limited editions may take slightly longer due to signing and preparation

If there is any unexpected delay, I will contact you by email.

While delivery delays can occasionally happen due to couriers, holidays, or customs, I will always do my best to help resolve any issues.
